I learned how to use color in a way that is captivating to whoever the audience of the work is. I also learned that different colors work well with one another, where others do not. Along with certain colors being used together, each color also creates a different emotion that it connects to when viewed.

The easy part in this project was coming up with ideas for what I wanted each of my landscapes to look like. The previous project allowed me to have a basic understanding of how to create the images that I wanted to and how to arrange them in a way that is visually pleasing.

The difficult part of this project was choosing the right colors to use in each landscape. I had a general idea of what I wanted to do for each, but playing around with the colors and finding the right ones to use seemed to take the most time for me.

My submission could be improved by creating more complex imagery that tells a better story than the ones that I created. I wish I could’ve created images that looked more realistic instead of more like a cartoon like I did.

I dont think that anything has to be changed with this assignment. It was a very fun project to do and playing around with the different color schemes was something that I really enjoyed.

Similarly to the last project, this one will act as a building block for future projects and allowed me to yet again become more familiar with the software in order to create the best work that I can.

The article we read that talked about the different emotions that colors are connected to was very useful as it helped me choose which colors I wanted to use for each landscape.
