What did you learn?<\/strong> In this project I learned how to create a mock car dash in Figma using my own design and prototypes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was easy? <\/strong>It was easy to prototype as we have done this before in Project 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was challenging?<\/strong> It was challenging to set up the dark mode for one of my user flows. I’ve never done that before so it was interesting to see how it could be done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How could your submission be improved?<\/strong> I could have made my color scheme have better contrast due to this being designed for someone driving. More contrast would be better so the driver can interact with the screen with their eyes on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How could I improve the assignment for the next class?<\/strong> Although this is the first time this project has been assigned, I wish there were more examples to refer to out of class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?<\/strong> I will apply my new knowledge of light and dark mode for future class work and hopefully in a future career scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you? Refer to a specific reading or link for this; do not reference a class video or lecture.<\/strong> This video<\/a> by Figma helped me understand more advanced prototyping in depth. It taught me how to create my own prototypes within the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
