What did you learn? I learned how to create my own merch and print it out on a t-shirt as well as printed stickers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was easy? It was easy to create the designs. I used Figma which is a software I am comfortable with and could create my designs rather quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was challenging? It was challenging to figure out how to use the Cricut machines in the lab. However, once I learned how to operate each individual machine and software I could make a t-shirt fairly quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How could your submission be improved? I could have spent more time cutting out the stickers or used a different material for the stickers themselves. I also could have done the silk screen technique for creating the t-shirt so it would last longer and be higher quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How could the professor improve the assignment? I wish there were written directions on how to use the Cricut software and machines. I found it challenging to work through the steps without written directions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios? It is extremely helpful to know how to create t-shirts in the lab. I may need to use the heat press in a future assignment or for personal projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you? This website<\/a> helped me determine a color scheme for my merch which then helped me come up with the overall designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
