Collin Zlotek DMA 217 Project 1

In this first Project I learned how important many little things are when it comps to creating an app that requires user interaction. The icons I used along with the colors they were was two big things that I noticed that I never had before. For a user it is easy to get confused if an icon can resemble multiple things which is something new that I learned. I found this project challenging because of the amount of prototyping I had to do. I wanted to accomplish some more features that I couldn’t figure out how to do which was a little frustrating. My submission could be improved by creating some more advanced buttons I could not figure out. I think the assignment was laid out really well and was well taught. I really liked the navigation bar video as it helped me create mine. Here was the link from d2l https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDbNZ8s-yrA . Overall I really enjoyed doing this project. I enjoyed seeing the user testing side especially as I have never used an app like maze ever before. It is really cool to see how users are interacting with your app that you made. I am really looking forward to the future projects ahead.
