DMA 217 Project 3

Project 3 was a fun project to work on however it was the most challenging project for me this semester. I could never get all of the footage that I wanted too into my Figma file because the files where too large so I kept having to split up my clips into extremely small lengths in order to get them into my file. However, it was very different using the video within Figma as I have never done that before so there was definitely a learning curve that I had to get around to set up my videos correctly. I did enjoy incorporating video into the project as it was different from anything else we did throughout the semester. One thing I learned was making sure the components are overlaid with the videos in order for them to pop up on the screen with the footage instead of it just being a black screen. That was something that we covered in the lab but I wasn’t sure how to do on my own until I figured it out. I think this project allowed me to learn the most out of all three projects because of how challenging it was for me to work with the video footage. But I am happy with what I was able to create for this project.
