The biggest thing I learned in this project was starting to learn Indesign. I’ve never used it before so it was pretty difficult for me to properly do the formatting for my menu. It was not easy for me at least I did not find Indesign easy to work with which made the project a little difficult for me to work through. A big challenge for me was being able to work on indesign without having the fonts need to be replaced from working on a mac at home to PC at school. Every time I would switch computers It would require me to replace my fonts which would mess up my formatting. My submission could be improved by fixing the alignment on the back page of my menu as some of the words ran over past the fold which was a mistake. Also I needed to fix my logo as there was a white space behind it. I think just learning more about indesign would’ve helped because I didn’t have any experience in it before this class so thats really the only thing that I could say that could be improved. In the future I know have a better understanding of indesign and how it works which is something I can take with me for future assignments or work.
