- What did you learn? I learned how to create a package design in Illustrator that could be printed and put on a can. I also learned how to create a mock trade show booth using photoshop.
- What was easy? The easy part of this project was cutting out the package design and mounting it on a can. Another easy part was actually using illustrator to create the elements of my package design.
- What was challenging? The challenging part of this project was thinking of a name for the product as well as coming up with a theme and elements to go with it. Another thing that was challenging was getting the printer to print out my design.
- How could your submission be improved? My submission could be improved by coming up with more elements to incorporate into my trade show booth to go along with the lightning bolt.
- How could the professor improve the assignment? The assignment could be improved by going over the directions more clearly. I was a little confused on what we had to do for this project at first but I eventually caught on.
- How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios? I could apply my knowledge to create more graphics for a new line of products from a corporate company. I could also show off the products because I learned how to create a trade show booth.
- How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you? I don’t know if a specific piece of media inspired me but I just thought of all the different energy drinks and they all had a word that represented energy or power so I came up with Spark from that.
