What did you learn?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In this project, I learned how to use triadic, complementary, split-complementary, and analogous color schemes. I also learned how to use tools like gradients and color progressions to create a landscape with a sense of depth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was easy?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Choosing and sticking to a color scheme for each landscape was easy. Using the shape and pen tools to create elements for each landscape was also easy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was challenging?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Building up each landscape to a point I was happy with, working with gradients, and keeping gestalt principles in mind while also working with color were more challenging parts of this project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How could your submission be improved?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

To improve my submission, I might try to add some more depth to my seascape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

I thought that the assignment worked well as is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

For future assignments or work scenarios that involve color, I will be able to choose a color scheme based on the 4 types that we learned rather than arbitrarily choosing colors. I will also now be able to use a tool like Coolors and understand why the color schemes generated work well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
