What did you learn?

It was my first time working on typography so it was really interesting. I learnt a lot about the details that typography offers, like how we can transmet a message with a certain style of writing: like repeating the same writing pattern to create harmony in the design or create a certain mood and feeling.

What was easy?

The easiest part of the project was adding details to the original design of each frame, I just came with ideas and the realization was rather simple.

What was challenging?

The challenging part was to design each frame because it requires a lot of creativity to come out with something interesting and visually impactful.

How could your submission be improved?

I think my submission could be improved by looking at other typography projects, not only this one, but looking at use of typography in daily life to be inspired and not to restrict myself.

How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class?

I think the typography class was really complete, we saw several examples and I learnt a lot about this subject, therefore I don’t really have any specific recommendation.

How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?

In the communication field, typography is a useful skill when knowing how and when to apply it therefore I am sure I will be able to use it for professional reasons but even for making better presentations.
