  1. What did you learn<\/strong>?<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    I learned that a pattern at a lower opacity can make a design complete. I also learned that you can place a drop shadow behind text in order to make it stand out in Photoshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. What was easy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It was easy to create the banana and coconut graphics in Adobe Illustrator. It was also easy to pick the font that I wanted to use in my logo. I ended up choosing “Bungee.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. What was challenging?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I found it challenging to warp the image of my mockup in a way that made it level to the trade show booth. I also found it challenging to find a balance between colors in the jungle that were too subtle and colors that were too bold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. How could your submission be improved?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    My submission could be improved by adding another color to my color palette or creating a different layout in which my nutrition facts could be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. How could the professor improve the assignment?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The professor could improve the assignment by adding more blank trade show booth templates to choose from. I think it would be interesting to explore how a design would look like on various trade show booth templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I might apply my knowledge in future assignments by making sure that the colors I use are bold enough to be seen among the other colors that I use in my designs. As for work scenarios, I might apply my knowledge by creating 3D models that I can apply my company’s designs to in Adobe Illustrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I have a friend in Costa Rica who works at an environmental organization and posts pictures of the beautiful jungle landscape there. I saw objects and colors similar to the ones I used in this project. A video from my Costa Rica trip two years ago popped up in my memories on my phone, which inspired me to create a custom package design and trade show booth with a jungle theme for this project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
