- I learned how to set up a website and make it look professional and specific to me. This taught me how to create something of my own that I could potentially use in the future.
- The easiest part was designing it and putting all of my information in. This seemed like something that I have already done, so I adapted to the program pretty quickly.
- The most challenging part was creating the logo of my initials and having the colors all go together once that was done. Matching colors and having the project look put together and aesthetically pleasing was a priority for me, so that took some extra time that I wasn’t expecting.
- I could probably use a little more attention to details on this project. Although I’m not really going to use this for future applications, I do think that if it was real, then more time and thought would be put into the site to better represent what I want out of this. For this, I didn’t really know where to go with it, so I made it my basic information and what I’m interested in. Down the road if I find a hobby that I need a website for, it could be more focused on.
- More attention to our screens as we are physically working on the project…I know that can be difficult with 30 some computers going at one time, but check-ins might be useful so people don’t get too far behind if they’re stuck.
- For the future, it’s at least good to know that I can now use this application. What will I be using it for? I’m not sure yet, but it’s under my belt which is all that matters.
- The video’s to go back on and re-do or make sure things were correct are always helpful. Not too much really inspired me in this project other than my own interests, but using Unsplash and going through the content is where I got my inspiration for the color palette.
