What did your learn?
I learned how to further use figma and how to manipulate the Gestalt principles to create aesthetically pleasing stamps. I used many design principles such as rule of thirds and analogous color schemes
What was easy?
The easy part of this project was the sketches, and deciding how to break up the stamps into sections
What was challenging?
The challenging part of this project was deciding which city to use and which images to best represent the aspects of the city’s culture
How could your submission be improved?
My submission could be improved by going even more into depth as far as detail
How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class?
He could improve the assignment by giving us more examples to go off of
How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?
I can apply this knowledge in future classes as a DMA major because I now know how to use figma to create stamps.
How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you?
Watching the recorded class videos was very helpful when working on the project because I was able to pause and rewind when I needed. It helped me to finish my project.
