What did you learn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I learned how to use Maya and Unity and the different features that can be used to create simple video game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


What was easy?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The easy part of this project was designing the edges of the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


What was challenging?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenging part of this project was learning a new software program and the different ramifications of features<\/p>\n\n\n\n


How could your submission be improved?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My submission could be improved by adding an avatar, and more objects like trees and water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He could improve the assignment by making sure that the directions in the powerpoint were more detailed\/better explained for when we work on the project outside of class and the powerpoint is the only reference point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can apply this knowledge in future classes as a DMA major because I am now starting to be familiar with Maya and Unity and that is important in the digital media world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going back and rewatching the recorded zooms of the classes when we worked on Project 3 was very helpful when working on the project outside of class, because I was able to pause and rewind when I needed. It helped me to finish my game.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
