In this lab, learned how to create a texture and how to offset textures. I think this lab was pretty easy with finding the texture photo I wanted, along with the steps to create a seamless texture.
The challenging part of this lab was the spot healing because of the photo I chose to use for this lab. I wanted to use pearls and the spot healing was a little tricky because of the shapes of the individual pearls.
My submission could be improved by using a different texture. Maybe one without definite shapes would help.
I don’t think there is anything I would change about this lab. I really enjoys choosing my own texture and doing it as a class.
This lab will give me the opportunity in the future with creating textures on social media or backgrounds for local companies.
