What did you learn? I learned how to use color and gradients to create landscapes.
What was easy? It was easy to use the color picker and choose a color. It was also easy to build shapes in Figma.
What was challenging? It was challenging to come up with a design using only one color scheme. Sometimes things meshed together.
How could your submission be improved? I feel like I could have put more detail into the outer space landscape. It was hard to come up with new details for this particular one.
How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class? I think everything was organized and explained well for this project. I had no questions and I could easily go back to the lecture Powerpoint if I needed more information.
How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios? I never took a class about color schemes, so this knowledge will be helpful if/when I design graphics in the future for other classes or for a job.
How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you? This article by Smashing Magazine helped me understand the different terminologies to color theory. It was useful when creating my own designs for the project.
