Reflection
- While working on this project I learned how to use Figma, I also learned a bit about web design, how to make things look appealing, and how to link buttons to pages and different websites.
- None of it was really easy, it took quite a bit of time to learn how to do everything. I think the easiest part was probably writing my portfolio because I was able to base it off of my other websites portfolio.
- The design was pretty difficult for me, it took me awhile to get a look I enjoyed, and even after that, lots of changes still took place.
- I think I could maybe add more to my socials page, but I wasn’t really sure what to add since I only use Instagram and Youtube for my work.
- I think you could maybe explain the linking buttons to pages and making different assets a little bit better. I feel like we could have used more of this program, but we also didn’t have much time so it is understandable.
- I honestly might use this for my main website after a few changes. I know how to use Figma now, and it could be really useful in the line of work I want to go into.
- I was really interested in turning some of my work into gifs since I am a videographer and wanted to showcase my work. I watched a video on turning videos into gifs and then importing them into Figma, which I found very helpful.
