1.) What did you learn? I learned how to create a very organized website that flows from page to page. I was able to become more comfortable with working with figma. I specifically learned to place images into different pages and resize them to fit properly. Lastly, I learned how to add and change the font and size of text.
2.) What was easy? I thought that using figma was relatively easy. The website is easy to navigate and everything you need to use in order to be successful with figma is right in front of you as you are using the site.
3.) What was challenging? I thought that changing the font on the text was challenging because it did not give you a preview of what the font will look like. Given that I couldn’t tell what the font was going to look like, it was challenging and time-consuming to try and find one that I liked.
4.) How could your submission be improved? My submission could be improved by adding more icons throughout the website, especially at the top next to the different tabs. I feel like that could’ve added a little more detail to my project.
5.) How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class? I think the professor could improve the assignment for next class by allowing the students to pick what they want their website to be about. Examples could include travel, fashion, food, etc.
6.)How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios? I might apply my knowledge in future work scenarios by bein able to use figma to assist in design projects such as digital marketing.
