I learned how to better brainstorm for projects as well as how to create a more visually interesting pattern.
What was easy?
The actual execution was easy.
What was challenging?
It was challenging to figure out which phrase that I was going to use and how I was going to show that phrase visually.
How could your submission be improved?
My submission could be improved by doing better color matching in Photoshop to create a more cohesive look.
How could I improve the assignment for the next class?
This project was surprisingly fun! Perhaps more talks about what makes a good pattern and why.
How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?
This deeper understanding of pattern creation and splicing images together will improve my future projects in the field.
How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you?
This idea came to me as I was sitting on my couch for several hours working on homework for various classes.
