1. What did you learn?
I learned that you can get some really cool effects by using layer masks and blending modes.
2. What was easy?
The technical parts of the project were easy because it utilized techniques that I am familiar with from past projects.
3. What was challenging?
It was challenging to come up with a layout that didn’t look cringey or cliche.
4. How could your submission be improved?
I feel that my submission is a bit busy and could be improved by getting rid of some elements.
5. How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class?
The professor could differentiate the steps more as it was just using different tools to get the exact same effect for the majpority of the project.
6. How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?
I could see myself using these techniques at an internship or a job in the future.
7. How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you?
I was inspired by a post comparing quarantine to seasonal depression during the winter.
