Project 4_Infographics 2D Graphics, Map

1. What did you learn?
I learned how maps are made and how to produce an effective and efficient map for others to use.
2. What was easy?
The easy part was designing the map itself since we had reference all I had to do what use colors and typography in order to produce my own map. The train lines were the especially easy part since all I had to do was utilize the pen ten.
3. What was challenging?
The challenging part was trying to make an effective map that can be easily understood with only graphics. Furthermore, it was challenging deciding which graphics I desired to utilize in order to make sure people could understand it.
4. How could your submission be improved?
My submission could improved if I submitted my prototypes more so that the professor and I could collaborate more to get his feedback.
5. How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class?
I have no suggestions at the moment of how the professor could improve the assignment for the next class.
6. How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?
I would apply my knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios to improve the visual communication so that people who see my work can get a vivid, clear, and coherent understanding of what I’m trying to convey in a matter of seconds. Also, to decide which colors and typography I need before I start.
7. How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you?
The specific reading that helped me was in class notes because the information in the presentations I used as reference for this project.
