I like my photo a bit more than the stock photo, just because I feel like its more creative. However, its a little grainy, mainly because I had the ISO on my camera cranked up due to bad lighting, so the stock image is much clearer and higher quality. Same with the scans, you can zoom in to see the pixels more clearly. Improving the quality would be difficult, but in terms of taking pictures studio lighting could help a-lot. Also downloading things like PNGs instead of JPEGs would result in a clearer image in software like photoshop.
