Introduction: For this lab, we designed our own web page, completed with our ‘resume’. We specifically learned how to code (specifically the HTML and CSS).
What was easy: It was fairly easy to know how to type what you want to say, and it was fun trying to figure out how to make your web look better and more unique.
What was hard: Physically starting up the application ‘code pen’ was hard. I also couldn’t understand how to apply the monogram to the logo next to my name, but I eventually figured it out!
How could your submission be improved: Unfortunately, I still don’t know exactly how to change everything about the web lab, which I m a bit disappointed by.
How could the professor improve the lab: Once again, the application of the monogram from last lab is great. I only was having a bit of trouble with figuring out all the controls.
How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios: Obviously for using a resume, or to simply upload a website or blog, you have to use this format.
In conclusion, this was an interesting and surprisingly fun experience to dive into the code of web design.
