What did you learn? I learned many things like shortcuts and removing backgrounds from images.
What was easy? It was easy finding different typographies to use.
What was challenging? I think it was pretty challenging to envision what I wanted to do with my card. I also would get sucked into trying to perfect the removal of a background.
How could your submission be improved? The back of my card is a bit plain. I could have added more to the back.
How could the professor improve the assignment for the next class? I feel like I didn’t really learn much about blending options or overlays. I would like to learn more about that and apply that knowledge towards the assignment.
How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios? I think Photoshop is a great skill to have since not many ordinary people know how to use it. It would be helpful if I ever have to make flyers for clubs or schoolwork.
How did a specific reading or video inspire or help you? The video on removing backgrounds was incredibly helpful. It makes the pictures look better on the card.
