Project 1-
- What did you learn?
I learned about Gestalt principles and to really think outside the box while maintaining Gestalt laws.
- What was easy?
I think using figma was really easy. Also making continuation and similarity was easy to do as well.
- What was challenging?
What challenged me was the thought process behind making the nursery rhyme. It was really difficult trying to portray a nursery rhyme with only black and white colors and few shapes.
- How could your submission be improved?
To improve maybe I can add more Gestalt principles and keep it less busy in some areas.
- How could I improve the assignment for the next class?
I will plan better beforehand, sketching. This will help me improve for prior to next class.
- How might you apply your knowledge in future assignments or work scenarios?
Using my knowledge of Gestalt I will be more prepared when having to do future assignments that require this type of art.
