Blender Bar

For project 3, the idea was to create a brand or redesign of a product and create a promotional stand to promote your new idea.

I decided to open a smoothie shop called “Blender Bar” with the concept similar to a subway, or a froYo shop where you pick everything you want in your smoothie and the workers blend it up for you! The cup design below is what I decided to create as my smoothie cup. I wanted to do a transparent background in order to go on a clear cup, but I did not do this. I should create a new one in the future to see if it would look sharper. I used procreate on the iPad to write the name of the shop. I also used both photoshop and illistrator to create each of the individual fruits. Overall I am very pleased with how it turned out!

Promotional stand for my new smoothie business

To promote the opening of the Blender Bar, we will have pop up promotional tables around the city with samples of what we have to offer. Our smoothie are not like others. When picking ingredients of what the smoothie will consist of, the benefits of each ingredient are listed below in order to pick what’s perfect for your day! To design the promotional bar I used photoshop and took my fruit and incorporated it into the main background which includes the name of the shop. I decided to go with a different font than the procreate writing because it had a white background and I could not figure out how to remove it. If in the future I am able to achieve this, I think it would flow better as a theme. Since it is a create your own smoothie bar, you start with what fruit you want, and then what base you want, ranging from almond milk- apple juice, we have it all! After, you are able to add in ingredients like herbs, spices, protein, collagen, immune support, whole nuts, vegetables, the sky is the limit. We also have a few smoothies of the week that will be created by the staff members and are there to help you with the tough decision of choices since it can be overwhelming! I am very happy with how this turned out.
